A Message from Deborah QuilterWelcome to RSI help.com.
In these pages, you will find knowledge you can use, whether you are just beginning to experience RSI symptoms, or have coped with RSI for years, as so many of us have. Though RSI can seem overwhelming at times, never lose hope. This site provides information you need to sort out any conflicting advice you may have been given, and seek out the right health professionals in your area to help you create an action plan that's best for you, and instill you with confidence. Always remember: the person who will help you the most is you. No one will care about your recovery more than you do. No one will take your breaks for you, do your exercises for you, or all the other things that help so much. So read on — and take good care of yourself.

"Deborah Quilter saved my career over 20 years ago. I had seen other people before I found her, and none of them could help me. I was told by my doctor that I would have to stop working. Deborah showed me how to save my hands using good technique, recommended great ergonomic products that I use to this day. I have had her come in for updates several times over the years, and she has always been extremely helpful. She also gave me targeted exercises for the pain and taught me a great fitness program I do every day.
And yes, I'm still working." – Janice
DQ's breadth of knowledge about the human body is astounding. Her 360-degree approach to the physical demands of working differs greatly from the rest of the industry. Deborah focuses on teaching habits to optimize work tools that adapt to people, rather than the other way around -- a radical (& long-overdue) concept! Practical & life-changing stuff."
