Movement and Fitness classes

Deborah has designed classes geared to the individual members' needs.

These include:
Tuesday Night Yoga Relax in a truly gentle class that avoids strain on the hands, arms and shoulders.
The DQ Workout Get stronger and more flexible with a gentle head-to-toe workout with mild cardio and cooldown.
Friday Feldenkrais. Learn to move more easily without pain. There is a brilliant new lesson every week.

Private Lessons.  This option is highly recommended for people with repetitive strain injury or any physical injury that would prevent normal pain-free movement. Contact Deborah for more information using the form below.
